I think you should re-read both Bitzi's policies and my response above.

On cursory review, I do not believe that the comments you/Gozer have highlighted violate any laws, or assist anyone else to violate any laws.

If you are an expert in these matters and would like to volunteer your time as an advisor to Bitzi, contact me off-forum.

If you have concerns about the propriety of anything posted to Bitzi, you should also contact me directly; adding them as potshots at the end of your long, repetitive flamewar of accusations isn't helpful.
